Happy Birthday Jesus

December 6, 2008

Come to a birthday party for Jesus!  The theme this year is "Peace On Earth". The party will be on December 6th at Epiphany starting at 9:00 am and ending at 10:30 am.  We will serve breakfast, and have crafts, music, and a short celebration service.

 Please join us, and bring a freind. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Reservation forms are available in the Friendship Room at Epiphany. Please sign up by Monday November 30th.

Bible Information Classes

For persons wishing to join our congregation

Pastor Zarling holds classes on a weekly basis for those interested in learning more about the Bible, and Epiphany Lutheran Church.  The next series of classes will begin on September 4, 2008 in the Parish House next to the Church at 6:30 pm.

Making Banners

We are looking for a group of women who are interested in helping to make banners for our sactuary. If you are interested, contact Kelly Martyn.

 

 

Financial Counters Needed

We are in need of members who would be able to count money offerings. If you could help, contact Bill Thoemke, or Scott Martyn.

 

 

Girl Pioneer Leaders

Girl Pioneers is open to all girls, kindergarteen to eighth grade.  Meetings are held in the First Evan Center on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of each month, from 6:00 -7:30 pm.  Some of the things that are worked on are: learning about our bodies, learning about the wonderful world God has given us, first aid, handicrafts, etiquette, and more!

Any interested ladies should contact AL Diefenbach for further information.
